On 21 November 2026, Mad Cow Wine & Grill at Pullman Saigon Centre welcomes six distinguished chefs for an exclusive gala dinner celebrating 180 years of Auguste Escoffier.
Experience six signature courses, each paired with a carefully selected wine, created by:
