This 50% more ALL Reward points and Lotusmiles miles promotion (“Promotion”) is jointly organised by Vietnam Airlines JSC (“Vietnam Airlines”) which manages the Lotusmiles loyalty programme and Accor SA (“Accor”) which manages the ALL Accor loyalty programme. This promotion is valid only for Lotusmiles miles converted to ALL Reward points or ALL Reward points converted to Lotusmiles miles from 00:01am (GMT+8) on 7 November 2025 to 23:59pm (GMT+8) on 30 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

During the Promotional Period, Lotusmiles members converting Lotusmiles miles to ALL Reward points will receive a 50% bonus in ALL Reward points accrued on their ALL Accor account as a result of the conversion (“Bonus Points”). For example, 5,000 Lotusmiles miles converted will result in 1,500 ALL Reward points being awarded (1,000 ALL Reward points + 500 Bonus Points). For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum number of Lotusmiles miles required for each conversion request is 5,000 Lotusmiles miles and the maximum number Lotusmiles miles that may be converted each year is 100,000 Lotusmiles miles.

The Bonus Points and the converted ALL Reward points will be reflected in a member’s ALL Accor account in two separate transactions: For illustration, if a member converts 5,000 Lotusmiles miles to 1,000 ALL Reward points during the Promotional Period, (1) the 1,000 All Rewards points will be credited first and within a maximum of 6 weeks (2) the 500 Bonus points will be credited separately. Members are not authorised to convert their Lotusmiles miles to ALL Reward points on behalf of another individual.

Once the conversion requested is initiated, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. All conversions of Lotusmiles miles into ALL Reward points are final.

After conversion, the converted ALL Reward points are added to the ALL member’s ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor programme rules. Members are not authorised to convert their Lotusmiles miles into ALL Reward points on behalf of another individual. Bonus Points will be credited to the relevant ALL Accor account within a maximum of 6 weeks. During the Promotional Period, ALL members converting ALL Reward points to Lotusmiles miles will receive a 50% bonus in Lotusmiles miles accrued on their Lotusmiles account as a product of the conversion (“Bonus Miles”). For example, 3,000 ALL Reward points converted will result in 3,000 Lotusmiles miles being awarded (2,000 Lotusmiles miles + 1,000 Bonus Miles). For the avoidance of doubt, ALL members may convert his/her ALL Reward points online in multiples of 3,000 ALL Reward points.

The converted Lotusmiles miles will be credited to the applicable Lotusmiles account in two separate transactions: For illustration, if a member converts 3,000 ALL Reward points to 3,000 Lotusmiles miles during the Promotional Period, (1) the 2,000 Lotusmiles miles will be credited first within a maximum of 7 business days and (2) the 1,000 Bonus Miles will be credited separately by 7 December. Members are not authorised to convert their ALL Reward points into Lotusmiles miles on behalf of another individual.

Once ALL Reward points have been converted into Lotusmiles miles, the Lotusmiles miles are subject to the Lotusmiles program terms and conditions. ALL members cannot reverse or cancel a conversion transaction. All conversions of ALL Reward points into Lotusmiles miles are final. ALL Reward points are deducted from ALL Accor account when the order to convert is submitted. To request for a conversion, ALL members must log into their ALL Accor account and go to the Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles partner page on ALL.com. Click on “Convert your Reward points”, key in the required information and indicate the number of ALL Reward points that they wish to convert. ALL members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filling out the point conversion form. Vietnam Airlines and Accor reserve the right to vary, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by Vietnam Airlines and Accor, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

To the extent permitted under applicable laws, neither Vietnam Airlines or Accor or any of their affiliates will be responsible or liable to any Lotusmiles member or ALL Accor member, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, for any damages, costs, economic losses, loss of revenue, injury, damage to reputation or goodwill arising as a result of the member’s participation in this Promotion or an infringement of any law or regulation by a member’s participation in this Promotion.
