Pullman Saigon Centre was proud to take part in Earth Hour 2017, a worldwide initiative organised by WWF. This event asked us to think about what else we could be doing to make a difference to save the planet Earth.
A secret message board on which guests write with invisible pen and it glows in the dark
As part of the campaign, we switched off our public light area for one hour, from 8:30pm to 9:30pm to display an universal commitment to protect the one thing that unites the entire planet. Pullman Saigon Centre also encouraged guests to participate in this year’s Earth Hour by turning off in-room lights and appliances from 8:30pm.
In the lobby, participants joined the event from 7:30pm enjoying the tonic mocktails and a dance performance in the dark.
A dance performance in the dark
Earth Hour doesn’t have to be just about the 60 minutes we spend with our lights and other electronics turned off. It could be the start of something bigger. Pullman Saigon Centre is progressing with a profound internal evolution, enhancing the company’s efforts towards sustainability and perfecting its social and environmental standards. Raising awareness on environmental issues is one of the major aspects of these changes.
